Fantastic
Beautiful well kept hotel with true 5 star service. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a good size. The indoor pool is nice but they should have a sign that says it is a quiet pool as we were told off by staff that we were being too loud. Aside from this incident, the breakfast was nice and varied, check in and check out was smooth.

Great
The hotel is in a perfect location, with a stunning view of the city. Easy access to the hotel, and helpful staff. The only downside was that the spa wasn't working.

The stay was wonderful. There was a small mix up at check in. They offered us an upgrade for a modest up charge with the promise of a river view. We said yes and then had to wait a few minutes for the room. When we got to the room we had a view of tile roofs. We switched back to our original booking which ironically had a river view (which was gorgeous).
