During check in, theres a miscommunication i believe. The receptionist told me that morning breakfast starts at 8.30 am and triple check with him and he confirm that it starts at 8.30 am. Later after dinner on check in day, i double check with another receptionist and then he confirmed that the breakfast starts at 6.30am. Later during breakfast, the receptionist guy (Bilal as per nametag) didnt provide much hospitality as his attitude was not welcoming at all to the hotel guests. Please smiles a little Bilal 😁 P/S: Shout out the one of the staff that stayed professional and helped us a lot througout the events. He also keep checking on our event participants on the veggie dietary meals. Theres a lot of room for improvement here but overall its a good stayexperience thanks.

I think Sunway hotels have been pretty well maintained. This suite is big. Would be good to have a dining table but overall still OK. Only gripe is no bathtub n the whole hotel only have 1 baby tub (my toddler was disappointed). Wish there are more food options there, but grab is always an alternative. Will stay again as a rest stop for road trip
