Friendly welcome in the check-in counter, Ken delivered a good and quick service to do the check-in. The staff in the 1/F restaurant also provided hospitality service. This a nice stay in Crowne Plaza Quanzhou.

Huge thanks to the amazing staff for their outstanding care and hospitality during our business trip. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and extra effort made our stay truly special. From assisting with a minor medical need to arranging an early morning taxi with extra baggage in mind, every gesture was thoughtful. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch! Excellent new hotel in Quanzhou. Beautiful design, great breakfast, wonderful staff, great pooI 10/10 I especially would like to thank Nora, her service in the entrance to the restaurant was amazing for all the days we were there, and the short haired barista girl, Gabrielle, she has the most excellent service and great coffee. Overall we stayed there for work for 6 days and we will be back every time we visit Quanzhou.
