Terrible breakfast

Friendly, helpful staff; clean, large rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Great location to the beach, walking distance to night markets and extremely close to food and shopping. Our shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom floor each time we used it but otherwise it was a fantastic stay

Nice, quiet and clean room

Our stay raised serious concerns regarding professionalism and guest treatment. We rented a scooter directly through the hotel. Later, we were contacted via WhatsApp and informed that the scooter allegedly had a puncture and needed to be returned immediately. We had already driven approximately 20 km without any issue, and no puncture was observed. The communication was unclear and caused unnecessary stress. At checkout, although the deposit was ultimately refunded, the manner in which the situation was handled was uncomfortable. After completing checkout and settling all dues, a staff member asked the receptionist whether we were “allowed to leave,” which we found inappropriate and unsettling. In addition, we observed a noticeable difference in how guests were treated at the front desk. During our stay, the front staff appeared dismissive and rude toward us as Indian guests, while other guests were welcomed politely and with smiles. This inconsistency in behavior made us feel unwelcome. Based on our experience, we recommend that future guests exercise caution, particularly when renting scooters through the hotel, and consider using independent rental services. Clear communication, professionalism, and respectful treatment of all guests were lacking in our case.

Super schönes, sauberes und grosses Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger kleiner Negativ Punkt, beim Frühstück war der Kaffee nicht heiss und zu wenige Sitzplätze vor allem im Aussenbereich. Super Lage Hotel.

Great pace to stay. Would go back again

It was my first time here at Tahiti Beach. The restaurant options in the surrounding area was great, very delicious food and Vietnamese coffee options. The room and bathroom was wonderful, air conditioning and shower was excellent. Access to the beach was less than 5 minutes walk and there were faucets out front to rinse off your feet if you don’t want to track sand. Grocery stores were ample if you need basic necessities. The spa option for the hotel was also very nice, probably one of the best massage therapists I’ve be encountered yet, she was really good at finding knots and very professional; nothing unexpected, felt safe, and allowed me to actually just doze off. The spa also had a hair washing option, was surprised they did cold water at first, but used warm water after the initial hair wetting. She really exfoliated my scalp and used a spray that helped soften my hair. I would like to go back and stay longer next time.
