Amazing ambience, decor and faultlessly clean throughout. Great central location. Cannot comment on breakfast as didn’t eat there but rooftop bar/pool was an added bonus. Highly recommended

We has an amazing time at Hotel Amadeus! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when we needed information or a taxi. The pool helped us beat the heat during the heatwave. The Mozart theme throughout the hotel was a charming touch that made the atmosphere warm and inviting.

A really excellent hotel with great staff and brilliant service. Air conditioning was an essential and kept on full time. The roof top plunge pool and bar were a real treat

This is a beautiful property that I 100% recommend! It’s super charming with musical character; we enjoyed the terrific rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and bar, a wonderful breakfast and a clean, spacious room! The staff was warm and welcoming. Perfect location to explore the historic center, too.

You have to park at the public parking garage and walk 5 mins with your luggage through not so smooth road to the entrance of the hotel. There was no staff at the front desk when we finally arrived. You have to carry your luggage through several more steps until you arrive at your room. The night view from the rooftop compensated all of these complaints though.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were several places nearby to choose from. The only downside we found was that the swimming pool was very small (max 6 people) and the jacuzzi wasn't working which we were not informed about.

The staff and especially the front desk were very helpful. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping and the Cathedral. We walked everywhere very centrally located. Room size was ok, but their bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was very good. The air conditioner was perfect our room and the hotel was very comfortable especially after walking outside under the sun and heat. We did not get breakfast so cannot comment on it.

Hotel Amadeus is a lovely hotel with an excellent location, making it easy to explore Seville on foot. The property has plenty of character, very good amenities, and our room was comfortable overall. Unfortunately, our pre-arrival experience was disappointing. Our flight to Seville was cancelled, causing major delays, rerouting, and the loss of an entire day of our trip. I sent the hotel three messages explaining the situation and that we would arrive a day late. I also called several times but was placed on hold each time, and no one ever returned to the call. What disappointed us most was that none of our messages were acknowledged, even though the hotel had been very responsive before our trip. Only after Expedia contacted the hotel several times did they agree not to classify us as a “no-show.” I completely understand being charged for the missed night, but the lack of communication during a stressful travel disruption left a poor impression. The only other issue was a persistent unpleasant odor around the sink area of our room, similar to cat urine, that never went away. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with a great location and good amenities, but better communication with guests during unexpected situations and attention to room maintenance would make the experience even better.

As somebody who knows Seville well I just couldn’t make up my mind which hotel in Santa Crus to choose. I am so glad I chose this one. Great location, lots of lovely space inside and on the roof. Friendly staff and a great room.
