My room had no soap and toilet paper was not full. One wall light didn't work and fire unit on ceiling hunged loose.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed at. We arrive and at check in the receptionist was rude. Did not tell us any info for wifi etc. The bathroom was full of black mold. The room was musty. The sink broke during our stay. We made them aware we were unhappy but there was nothing they could do for us. If the city wasnt fully booked we would have moved hotels and took the loss. Extremely disappointed.

I have booked the stay with wrong date due to Google issues with the hotel reservation. I have been at the hotel 1 month earlier. Staff couldn't move the date resulting in me paying 3 times more than I paid for online. Not to mention the money was wasted. My card that I paid for at the hotel was then used to pay for a stay that I had said to cancel via e-mail. Sadly they couldn't do that for me either. Hotels.com doesn't pick up calls from my country.
