Unless you like to walk with bags from a distant public parking and take your bags up the stairs to the front desk, it was really troublesome to us. This hotel is located in a street that is walkable only. The hotel instructions were to drop off the bags at the main door, but after doing that we were told by front desk that most likely we will get a 200e ticker because there were cameras filming on the street. We park our vehicle at the public underground parking in especific a parking reserved for the hotel, but it was 4 stories down (-4). The closest elevator to the hotel was out of service so we had to walk to the opposite side to come up to ground level and walk back aprox. 600 ft. Once we got to the hotel main entrance we had to go up the stairs aprox 14 steps. The we were told that there was a hotel service elevator three steps down at street level, but you had to use a door ring so the front desk can give you access. After check in, you have to go down another short stairs until you reach a 2 person elevator which is a short stair up. When got to the room it was like 200 set with a rest room for a skinny person. The comode was behind the br door so close to the wall that you have to seat sideways. This hotel once you get in is well decorated and had walls and floors made of marble stone. The breakfast was good, but not included. We use the service elevator which is accessed thru the dinning room after check out. Unless you like this hassles, I do not recommend this one

First of all the location is excellent however I do recommend taking a taxi from the train station as it is quite the walk with luggages. Secondly there are a lot of stairs with no lift going to the registration/front desk. You have to climb the stairs dragging your suitcase with you. After check in there are more stairs. There is a lift but only covers part of the hotel rooms. Depending on where you room will be located you might need to go up 6 more stair steps to get to you room. That said the rooms are beautifully redone. Very classy. Bathrooms are old style marble with traditional bidet. Amenities such as free water, tea, coffee and kettle with a stocked minibar/refrigerator. Some folks like the refrigerator because often people travel with medication that needs refrigeration. Other than the stairs everything was amazing. I would definitely stay here again but maybe with less luggage. Loved the extensive buffet breakfast and the ladies in the front of the house. All of them!

Great location in the town center. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a couple blocks away. The only downside is that it can be very noisy at night, at least on weekends, so ask for an interior room.

Great location, nice room, and although there is an elevator you need to navigate 20+ stairs to get to it. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Unfortunately our a/c stopped working on the last night and it was extremely uncomfortable!
