Location is perfect! Amazing view and atmosphere. Very close to all destinations in Ooty Food in the restaurant was good. Service was good. Room should be little more clean

Great
Over all the expirance is good. Good hospitality, good staff behaviour , food was healthy and tasty. It would be better if the provide some carpet & heater in room The time we went there was the coldest and it's hard to walk on room in the tiles without carpet legs where frozing ( i know slippers are option) but still if carpets where there it would have good. And heaters to.
