Location was ok. About 5min walk to the nearest convenience store. 8-10mins away from Ximending. Unstable wifi at night. Staff were helpful.

The room we stayed in the new building was very nice. Bathroom is clean and modern. The Balcony was good for placing our huge suitcase. The View from our window was 80% other building and 20% river + bridge
Staffs was helpful, attentive, and polite. There were car parking in the basement.
While close to Ximending walking street, gettingto nearest MRT station can be between 10-15 minutes.

Accommodating and helpful staff.
Big room (30+ square meters), cleaned every day.
Bed is comfortable and the aircon is cold.
Bathroom has a bidet, shower water pressure is strong.
The following amenities are free: drinking water, vanity and bath products, coffee and tea, internet access.
Free breakfast, menu changes daily.
Free shared car to and from the Ximen MRT station, this is around 10 minutes away if you walk it, around 1 kilometer.
Best hotel in Taipei.

Our family of four had a nice time with Riverview Suites. We don't mind the distance from the hotel to Ximen Station which is a good 7 minute walk. There is also housekeeping daily. Best part is the view during breakfast! Staffs are all attentive and very welcoming.

This is definitely one of the best value for money hotels in the ximending area. The rooms are a decent size compared to the "business" hotels nearby. It's nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.
