Wonderful stay! The front desk and guest services team were amazing. The room was cleaned every day, and the products were fantastic. I saw some poor reviews and, admittedly, was nervous, but I can't say enough about how incredible the team and stay were. Highly Recommend.

Overall, great with some negative areas including extremely slow service at all the restaurants and our bathroom pocket door would not stay shut. Room 13026 Pool area was nice but you needed a reservation which was nice to keep the crowd controlled. Very clean hotel.

Tiny room. No closet or adequate drawers to put stuff nor even adequate space to open a suitcase. Shower was very low pressure. Two shampoos, no soap. Gym very nice.
