Below average I stayed at the Town and Country Inn for one night. Unfortunately, it was a mixed bag. The room was updated tastefully, and the check-in staff was delightful. On the other hand, the room had a mustiness to it, the bathroom had—what seemed to be—mold growing on one side of the toilet, and the curtain had mold on it, and a small tear. If one does not have allergies, asthma, or issues with mold, then one might be fine.

Everything was great except for the water pressure in the shower and yes it’s a 2 minute walk to state street but not the downtown area of state street…that’s a 50 minute walk and parking was very tight. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay
