We got to the hotel which was disgusting with lots of half drunks around - then the room was given to us which had stained beds with blood on ripped carpets stained sofas Disgusting- we exited and rejected the entire booking

Nothing more than an average 3 star hotel. No way this is 4 or even 5 stars. Weird interior, difficult to find out what the restaurant is all about. No signage or guidance from staff taking room numbers or explaining where to sit as the restaurant seems to be in three different parts/ themes. Everywhere just seems unorganised. The spa area uses the same check in entrance as another restaurant, just strange and unclear layout. room is fine, clean and spacious but I will not stay there again.

The staff seemed unorganized and not very friendly. Checking out took quite some time that I was starting to worry if I was going to make it to the airport in time. The rooms were nice but you can hear the highway. The room key also kept not working.
