Thank you so much Mermaid Hotel! The staffs are very nice and they have the brightest smiles. The room is big, (deluxe) and had access to the pool. overall it was a good experience! hope we can book again.

This is our 4th time staying in Mermaid Resort and will always be our choice when we go back to Puerto Galera. You have privacy, far from noise and crowd. You will definitely have time to relax.

Our experience was really great! In fact, our plan is just to stay here for 1 night but because we fell in love with the resort, we extended for another night plus the foods are so delicious!! Definitely a must try and you will crave for more! The room is big enough, very clean and spacious, the TV has Netflix and the whole resort has a strong wifi! I was able to work stream without experiencing any problems with connection. We’ll choose this place over and over again! We super appreciate the owner and all of the staff. They’re all very hands on!

We will definitely come back here without any hesitation! Me and my boyfriend don’t even want to leave the resort. The place is so quiet and the staff are super friendly and approachable. Hands down to the owner, sir Christian who is very kind and accommodating! Will highly recommend the place to friends and family. We’re excited to go back here. And the food!! So good and so worth it!!!
