Great
Great location easy walking to everything. Good bed and pillows. Good coffee and tea in room. Room well setup for self catering.

Good
The hotel was clean and maintained well. The room had enough amenities but the temperature of the air was either too hot or too cold. We could not control the thermostat. We asked several times for help in this regard. I wish they had a package that offered for breakfast included in overall price. I thank them for finding a larger rooom, which I paid an additional fee. However, the space was clearly not used for some time (dusty, musty, with some centipede insects). It was also designed for disabled people and not necessarily for 3 people in a room/studio.

Fantastic
We loved this hotel! Simple and efficient yet very modern and beautiful. It was close to everything we needed, and right near downtown. The room was perfect with very thoughtful design and amenities. Also the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Good
Not a bad stay. A/c didn’t get cold. Thick sheets were easy to get hot in. Breakfast looked so so. Broken tile in bathroom. Staff was ok not super friendly or helpful. Tried to get a later checkout and of course it was a charge that wasn’t worth it. Better options around Dublin which is a fantastic city to visit. I had a blast there

Fantastic
This was the best accommodation we had for our 10 day Ireland trip. I was attending a conference at Trinity College and could walk less than a block to attend, which was amazing!! Very walkable area that felt safe! Unfortunately the first room we had, the AC was not working and the room never got below 24º C and set closer to 26º C, which was rough. The front desk associate came and reset it the first time and gave us a fan. Then throughout the night I kept resetting it as an error was popping up every hour or so causing it to stop working. The next day it was still happening, so I went back to the staff and they looked at it with maintenance staff and said to see what happens. The AC did not stay on for even 20 minutes after that and we were offered to be moved to a new room, which we happily accepted. The new room had AC that worked perfectly. I think this would have been resolved sooner if not for the cultural differences and maybe some assumptions that we didn't understand that AC is not the same outside of the US. Thankfully everyone was very kind and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again!

Fantastic
This hotel is close to all the major sights in the city center: a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, the tour bus stop is just a block away, and the supermarket is half a block away—it couldn't be more convenient.

Fantastic
Excellent location. No parking so even though it was a good price per night the public parking made it expensive. I would stay again if I was not renting a car.

Stayed with family

Location wise we were a few minutes walking distance of Trinity college and an easy walk to O’Connell street (15 min). There is a Tesco Express a half block to pick up supplies for the stay. The 1 bedroom with the pullout sofa worked out great for our family of 4. The sofa bed has two twin beds so the kids felt like they had their own space instead of sharing a bed. We had air conditioning, which was much appreciated as we had unseasonably hot weather. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had no complaints.
