We were situated in a bottom floor room. Found Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. Because the Hotel was full… they couldn’t change our room. *I will say that the staff had great customer service and made things right.* I will most likely not stay here again. I do not dislike anyone here and wish this hotel (and staff) a prosperous business.

I rented a two bedroom place! They had a maintenance issue, which is not my fault. The staff was so unhelpful just kept telling me that we are gonna have two rooms and two buildings or I could share a pullout couch with my 17-year-old son. I just feel like everything was handled so wrong. And then there was a black glove for cleaning left outside of our door. The place was not that clean. It felt like there was a film on everything. The manager said she would call me yesterday, but never did! I don’t feel like this place is worth its money. They refunded $60 as a sorry that we had to stay in two separate areas, in two different rooms when I paid over $400 for the night. I wanted a two bedroom suite and I don’t think that’s a good compensation for their maintenance issues. Things happen but how you handle it says a lot about your hotel! Never again!

Overall, loved the room and prefer this apartment style set up over a traditional hotel room. Hotel breakfast was great, staff were also lovely. The area itself appeared safe, and using the gym pass was easy. Some other, presumably longer term hotel guests nearby were noisy with music and slightly questionable behavior, so that was odd. All this shared to say, that if I’m needing a stay in the area again I would consider returning.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. It is close to restaurants, gas stations, hospitals, AMC Theater, freeway access, and other amenities, making it a great base for travelers. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, I was required to sign an agreement stating that I would not smoke in the room or host parties and that I would be financially responsible for any violations. While I understand and support these policies, it was frustrating to arrive at my room and immediately be overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana and noise from a party taking place next door. The condition of the room was also disappointing. There were no clean bath towels available, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told they were out of towels and could only provide a hand towel. Additionally, the carpet was ripped along several seams throughout the room, creating an unkempt appearance, and the television in the bedroom did not work. The location is definitely a positive, they also have an amazing breakfast. but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities made for a disappointing experience overall. This version is firm, factual, and credible, which tends to make hotel reviews more impactful.

Our stay was good, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast and conveniently located near food store and dining.

Check in staff were friendly, nice and gave complimentary cookies which was nice. Rooms could use a bit of maintenance/upgrades. Bathroom closet had leak, room smelled moldy when we first arrived and we discovered the leak in the closet towards the end of our stay hence the moldy scent. Mattresses very flat/worn, could use replacing for bed as well as pull out couch. Nice breakfast, would be nice if you could take food back to room since there is a full kitchen.

Breakfast was good, staff are accommodating and friendly, a pass to nearby 24hour fitness center is a plus. Food store/restaurant walking distance across the street.
