宿泊全体としては良い点と気になる点がはっきり分かれる滞在でした。
まず良かった点ですが、スーザンさん始めスタッフの方々はとても親切でフレンドリーで、困ったことにも丁寧に対応してくれました。
特にフロントの対応は非常に好印象で、安心して過ごすことができました。
ホテルはリニューアルされているようで、客室はモダンで清潔感があり、家具も新しく快適でした。
バスルームも整っており、全体的にきれいな印象です。
立地も良く、主要観光地や公共交通機関へのアクセスが便利で、観光には非常に適しています。
また、朝食はテラスで景色を楽しめる点や、内容自体は満足しました。
一方で気になる点もいくつかありました。
朝食は選択肢がなく、ホテル側が用意したビッフェ形式で、味の好みが細かい人によっては不満に感じる内容かもしれません。
客室は全体的に狭めで、ベッドの寝心地や枕が合わないと感じる人もいるかもしれません。
また、騒音があり夜にぐっすり眠れなかったので、静かさを重視する方には注意が必要です。
総合的には、清潔さやスタッフ対応、立地の良さなど評価できる点が多い一方で、部屋の広さや騒音、朝食スタイルには好みが分かれるホテルだと感じました。
バランスを考えたうえで検討するのが良いと思います。

The hotel receptionist went above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi, as we checked out on a Friday and Uber or taxi service was impossible. Both receptionists are kind, the hotel is super clean, bed is comfortable, we appreciate the elevator, the kettle for hot water(which many other hotels don’t provide) so thank you, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, tram transportation, and only a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. We truly enjoyed our stay at serai hotel! Wish we could stay longer.
