Good
Adina was reasonably good for our needs. We got the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment hotel we needed. But there are a few things that could have been better: 1. The AC was switched off for some reason and we could not control it using the in-home controls. After 2 nights of swealtering heat, I called the front desk and they fixed it right away. 2. Same with the washer dryer: It took us a few tries to get the dryer working. Even the guy at the front desk didn't know how to work it correctly for a full dry. Also, they promised a cloth line and then mentioned that there is none at the hotel. Would be good to stock up some cloth line hangers. Other than that, the location is reasonably close to the train station (Munchen Ost), so you can take the train to where you need to go. There are a handful of restaurants in the street, but that's it. We didn't like the options here, so ate mostly at Marienplatz or door-dashed. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall, our stay here was okay, but not that great.

Firstly, what you need to know about this hotel is that it is right in the middle of the late-night party scene in Munich with loud noise going on till the early hours of the morning. However, the worst aspect of our stay was the fact that the AC did not work or, more likely, was restrained as there is not enough capacity for the building. The first 2 nights it was unbearably hot in the room with just a trickle of cool air coming out of the AC. You HAVE to open the windows or you will boil and then you have to contend with the noise from the streets (and we were on the 11th floor). And, the next part is somewhat surreal, just after the noise from the streets subsides (around 3 or 3.30), at first light (4am) a cockerel starts loudly announcing the dawn and goes on for hours. We discovered after being very confused that there is an urban farm on the roof of an adjacent building. After the second night of no sleep we discovered that the fan in the AC only kicks in at exactly 7am, so it is obviously on a timer. I suspect they prioritise AC for the various bars and restaurants in the building. We, of course, complained and were moved to a different room on the opposite side of the building. The AC still operated the same (fan comes on at 7am) but this was a cooler room and was just cool enough to sleep in.

Good

Stayed with kids

The property is overpriced and description is inaccurate. The one bedroom studio is basically a hotel room. The kitchen is so small that you can’t cook. Just good for coffee. The sofa bed was trrrible. The king size mattress is lumpy and hard. The communication with staff is terrible. No one picks up the phone and responds to messages. When you do go to reception to discuss they are condescending and dismissive. They give you the extra coffee pods but make a big song and dance about giving it to you. They responded to our message 2 days after we checked out. The 2 positives - has AC and was clean

The rooms were very nice and having the kitchen was so helpful for us. It was easy walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. We would stay there again, for sure.
