Fantastic

Stayed with kids

Forced to use Valet and didnt know ahead of time. I like to get in and out of my car and be able to come and go as I please when I please, and it was hard to do that when I valet park. If you like valet, go for it!! The valet guys were a little harsh when I told them I didnt want to, and kind of just brushed me off...otherwise its a 5 star establishment

Great location, one block to the boardwalk. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My only negative is parking, which was valet only and $35 a day, and the staff. I called to get towels in the morning, nothing was delivered. I called again in the evening and they said sorry we were busy and we will send them right away. Didn’t get any until almost 9pm.

We love staying here. The staff is great. Valet is easy and convenient. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the boardwalk. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Excellent staff. Pool was very nice and anytime we went nobody else was there. Well definitely stay here again!

Spend a night with my wife and our 1 year old toddler here for our trip in Santa Cruz, room is clean, spacious with modern setup. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Valet parking is super convenient and staff are supper friendly. Highly recommended & will stay here again.
