Room was clean and the staff were great to us. Hotel’s location was also great. 5 minute walk to the city centre, train, bus station, and Lidl (supermarket). Only thing that could have been better is a little bench for luggage and possibly another chair. We were two people so it would get crammy at times. Also, the walls are thin. Everything can be heard from the hallway. Luckily we had a corner room so it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, we would definitely come to the Dean again!

Fantastic hotel! Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The room was clean and modern. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist with a car issue we experienced. Highly recommend!

The check-in process was terrible. The lobby was full of people from a big group and we stood around waiting for nearly a half hour to get checked in after a long day of travel. The room was small but comfortable and we enjoyed the general vibe of the place. Staff were very friendly, we loved the gym, small pool and ice baths and we had a really good breakfast.

We loved the Dean Galway! The Sophie’s restaurant has an amazing full Irish and even better views! We took advantage of the POWER gym on site and it was stunning! We checked in after 12 am and everyone was so helpful and kind!

Fantastic
The rooms are so charming. The beds are comfy and the showers are great .The pool is tiny but useful.Kind of weird you have to reserve it to use it. Every worker was friendly .The rooftop restaurant looked great but we didn’t actually get a chance to eat there.Id definitely stay here again!
