The hotel's location was excellent as it is near to everything, the hotel was clean, staff are accommodating. But the room i chose which is the fan room is quite hot although there was a fan maybe because room is close, no air can come in or out. Actually i transferred to an airconditioned room because i still have to stay longer in manila and i like to stay in the same hotel most especially because of the location.

I stayed at this hotel from July 4–6 for the EXO concert, and overall, I had a comfortable stay. It wasn't perfect, but it was worth the price. The check-in process was smooth. The reception is available until 12 AM, and the staff were accommodating when I called to inform them of my arrival time. I booked a fan room for ₱600 per night. It had a private bathroom and sink, and despite not having air conditioning, the room wasn't too hot. They also provided free drinking water, which I really appreciated. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but the large sign outside made it easy to spot. It's only about 10 minutes from MOA, making it convenient for Grab and motorcycle taxis. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to work as an ESL teacher without any issues. Both Smart and Globe also had good mobile signal. The only downside was the cleanliness. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom tiles and walls could be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly.

Location - sobrang accessible. Walking distance lang from Terminal. Staff - very accommodating. Cleanliness - Malinis yung room at tama lang din yung aircon, manually adjusted. Athmosphere/Facilities - Tahimik, you ca rest well. Definitely will book again. Small note lang siguro if possible to have trashcan sa room.

I enjoy my stay, The staff is accommodating. Peaceful and quiet. Near to Fastfood area so its easy for food deliveries.

Good amenities, clean and safe for solo traveler. Very accommodating staff. They accept my luggage for early drop off. 1 jeepney ride to sm moa. Quick ride to Rizal Park, Intramuros, and museums.

Great value for money. It's worth it for its price considering the location. You also have your own bathroom.

So far, the place is nice. Very clean room and accomodating staff. Malapit lang din sa mga facilities. Will surely stay here again soon!
