Spent my birthday here last Sept 16–17 and overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Since we stayed on a weekday, it wasn’t crowded, though I’m not sure if it’s the same on weekends. We loved the heated pool, especially since I was with my senior mom and 2-year-old baby. My baby also enjoyed the kids’ play area despite the additional fee. The room was okay and comfortable, though bathrobes would be a nice addition. The pool area bathrooms need better maintenance as both men’s and women’s CRs were quite dirty. The lounge was also unattended when we checked. Breakfast had fewer options than our previous stays, especially for toddlers. For dinner, Cucina Casiana was closed, leaving only the café with limited choices. Prices were also a bit high for the serving sizes. Lastly, there was a water leak near the gym, with water dripping from a light fixture. I hope this is addressed immediately for safety.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and birthday celebration.
