Very quiet at night and the breakfast was welcome. The kitchen could do with a tidy up and some more cutlery and other kitchen equipment.

Chris is the front office manager of the lodge. Her customer service is excellent. I recommended they mention that not only do they have a nice hot tub; they also offered a sauna. And during the winter they provide a complementary breakfast. The place is very safe, quiet and clean. The room was very spacious. Very good heating system and hot water. Very central location.

Check in did not go smoothly. No one at reception and we had not been sent the auto check in instructions. It took over an hour to get hold of someone. The same thing happened to others checking in.
