We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, even going out of their way to assist us in booking taxis for our trips. The entire atmosphere of the property is lively and vibrant, with pleasant background music adding to the experience.As a family, we truly loved it. Our kids had an amazing time at the swimming pool, and we felt very secure and at ease knowing a helpful lifeguard was on duty the whole time. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and stress-free vacation!”

the buffet breakfast is not what to expect in a 5star hotel. limited and only few to choose from. Staff in the Hard Rock cafe store groundfloor is very nice and accompdating. she is really helpful. The stay will be much more unforgetable if they will improve their buffet breakfast. service: the hotel is nice, clean and staff are friendly.
