I had a pleasant experence. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Rooms are okay size, bathrooms are very small, otherwise the overall stay is okay, no tolileteries included unless you request them.

I had a good experience staying at the hotel, even though there is still room for improvement, rooms are clean, the bathroom is very small and it feels claustrophobic, otherwise the staff are professional and helpful.

Overall, I had a good experience, the location is in the heart of the citycentre, close to the shopping malls (megal mall and citycentre) and there is a huge supermarket (just 5 mins away by car). Rooms are clean, even though they can improve in including charging ports next to the bed. If you need to request for a tooth brush and tolieteries you need to request for it. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

Overall my experience has been pleasant even though it can be improved. Service is okay, reception can be a struggle to contact, they have a cafe and a restaurant, I tried their cappuccino it was good the price was a bit pricey but less in comparison to other hotels serving hot drinks.
