1F Lobby Public Area：Renovation period: October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

Market Café：Renovation period: September 15, 2026 – January 31, 2027. During this period, dining services will be temporarily relocated to the 1st floor of Tower II and will continue serving guests as usual.

Bakery：From September 15, 2026, to January 31, 2027, the Bakery will be temporarily relocated to The Lounge and will continue serving guests as usual.

The Lounge：Due to operational adjustments, The Lounge’s will operate daily from 12:00 – 00:00 from September 15, 2026, through January 31, 2027.

Room Service：Due to operational adjustments, Room Service will be available daily from 11:30 – 21:00 (last order at 20:30) from September 15, 2026, through January 31, 2027. During this period, the à la carte menu will also be revised accordingly.

2F Fitness Center：Renovation period: October 1, 2026 – January 1, 2027.During this period, the fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna facilities will be temporarily closed. Flo SPA will remain available by appointment only. Advance reservations are highly recommended.

9F Regency Club ：Renovation period: January 1, 2027 – June 30, 2027. During the renovation period, the services format and location of Regency Club Lounge will be adjusted accordingly.
