The photo shows a nice, clean, bright room.. When in reality it was dark. Dingy. Floors dirty. The room smelled of mold. We couldn't enter the pool area w out assistance from the front desk but people come in and out of the indoor pool area via a door that led to the parking lot. Not safe.

The pictures look nice online but when you get there it’s in a rough looking area with a rough parking lot with tons of pot holes. My kids were nervous to stay once we pulled in. The place reeked of cheap cologne. I think the young man working behind the counter was using the cologne to cover up a smell. When it was our turn to check in he was texting on his phone and we had to wait until he was done with his conversation to help us. The lobby looks cheap. The “Marketplace” was just a cheap cabinet with a chalkboard above it with prices. Our room was okay, some paint peeling in places. The door to the bathroom was hard to get to close and latch. The couch that turns into a bed had a cover over the cushions, once we pulled the bed out you could see the fake leather peeling everywhere. The key system to the pool wasn’t working and we had to have the worker let us in. The pools concrete around the top was peeling and made it look dirty. We needed more towels and blankets for the pull out bed and went to the front to ask for some. I was questioned if we used the ones we had already and if we could set them outside. Not a big deal but didn’t love being questioned and having to explain myself for some towels. If you’re in a crunch sure, it will work. But don’t expect anything fancy and wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

Room was dirty. Sheets were stained. There was mold in the bathroom. I was traveling with myself and two kids. We left and went to a different hotel.

This place was disgusting. Everything fabric was stained. Metal? Rusted. It does not appear as if its appropriately cleaned at all. Don't use the pool its gross and cold. Also I only used my debit card there as my on file incidental card. I did not use it anywhere else. When they put it on file they took it to a side room out of my sight. Three days after checking out there was a charge at the Panda Express 3 minutes down the road. I'm not saying it was them but I am saying I didn't use my card anywhere else and that I haven't eaten Panda Express in 10 years.

The room that I reserved had a smell of a substance I can’t even describe, when we walked in it hit us like Mile Tyson in his prime in the face. I/we couldnt stay there. The counter guy I think his name was Amish? Was very helpful to give me a refund, I’m going to wait to see if I get the refund because it’s still pending in my account. I’ll let you know in a couple of weeks if I’ve been charged or not! Oh and the pull out couch was so filthy/no sheets were provided also, mattress was all stained!! Not a place for me

Our room wasn’t very clean. In the bathroom alone: toilet seat was barely hanging on, shower was stained, sink wouldn’t drain because clogged with hair. The rest of the room was slightly better off. Stained blankets, stained lamp cover. Overall not worth the almost $200 we paid for the night. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was pretty mediocre but not terrible.

Stayed with partner

This is my first time ever writing a review for a hotel I stayed for a short term. NOBODY should patronize this Comfort Suite on Scarborough blvd. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, Rooms are left unclean even if you request for your room to be cleaned. My partner had some reddish pox on her legs which I suspect will be bed bugs. The bathrooms Exhaust Fans system not working and the bathrooms stinks and hot in there since air inside is always stuck. They asked me to pay for the day I was checking out after 45 minutes late of check out. I agreed to do that and after I got home realized they took more than the amount I was supposed to pay , I had to call them back before voiding that payment to be returned. I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO THIS COMFORT SUITE ON SCARBOROUGH ST. They are TERRIBLE!!!

Do not stay here! Avoid this place! No hot water. The breakfasts ran out. The manager was extremely unhelpful when I reported the lack of hot water. The sink was clogged. The toilet seat was broken. It was in a sketchy part of town near a truck stop. My family usually enjoys Comfort Suites. This was one of the worst ones we've ever stayed at. I asked for a refund and the manager refused. The Comfort Suites executives need to address this hotel problem a.s.a.p.
