The room itself and the bathroom were very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has AC which was great for the heatwave. That’s the good stuff. Now for the improvements needed. The hallways need a good clean/change of carpets, they were so dirty. The reception is awful, there was water leaking from the roof. It would be nice if the towels were changed every few days. Our AC was leaking, we put a paper cup under the leak to catch the water. Although cleaning staff saw this, they said nothing and did nothing. The hotel is quite far from the Gennevilliers train station but there is a long path that’s leads directly to it, which is Ok. Now for the worst. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel. When we looked out the window we could see lots of rats scurrying around in the evening. They were huge. Maybe this is Paris, Ratatouille experience all the way.

Fantastic
Stayed 3 nights at Ibis Hotel in Paris and honestly had a really good experience. The place was unexpectedly very clean, the room was spacious, and housekeeping came every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel felt very secure, quiet, and peaceful with no noise at all. One of my favourite things was the view from the window — I could even see the Eiffel Tower from my room, even though it was a bit distant. The room also had a TV and air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave in Paris. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place in Paris.
