The staff was sooo accommodating. Really appreciate their kindness. I couldnt get a cab due to the heavy rain and they offer to drop me off at my destination with their small cab free of charge. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. I hope the lighting in the room can be more brighter. it was kinda so dim for me.

We woukd definitely recommend the hotel,very artsy,with strategic location.I love how it is accessible to everywhere,not overly crowded.And the food from our bfast are all chef kiss :) Thank you!

We frequent this hotel because of the ff: - location (near restos if you want to do a Pobla food crawl), -amenities (complete with dental kit, slippers, bath gel, shampoo, safe, tv with Youtube & Netflix, and mini fridge), - with elevator, -friendly staff, -fast wifi. IDK if they have hair dryer upon request plus their shower head is fixed but the heating works. Also note that they require a ₱2000 refundable deposit upon check in. The only downside for me is the lighting since I want a brighter room with white light.

This is our 2nd time staying at U Hotels Makati and I would vouch for this hotel! ⭐️ It's always such a pleasant stay whenever we come back here. From the guards to the reception staff, they are always so warm and friendly ☺️ Special shoutout to Ms. Joy and the other staff (Sorry I forgot her name) for being approachable and polite. And the complimentary breakfast? Masarap rin!! 😍 Thank you U Hotels, sa uulitin!

The location is very accessible to everywhere,i love how it is not in the middle of crowd yet its walkable to restaurants.The staff were very accommodating and warm,the cleanliness is very lit. The hotel is very artsy and chic which i am so glad as an art enthusiast
