We had some stress with the hotel paid parking. We paid for the outdoor parking lot. On our second night, when we returned to the hotel, the lot was full. We had to call the hotel, and the staff had to come out to let us into another parking lot by removing a pillar on the driveway. When we had to leave the next morning, we had to alert staff in order to leave, because the pillar needed to be removed so we can drive out, That took longer than expected because, according to the staff, the security guard left for the day without leaving the lock combination with the staff, so she could not unlock the pillar and move it.

Very kind and friendly front desk - I got to town late and was having trouble finding parking and getting in to the hotel and the lady was kind enough to prepare my keys early upon verification so I could get in and get some sleep. Also the location is AMAZING. Loud but that should be expected in this part of town.

Great
Across the river from downtown location wise- parking was unique; but great option to park in a safe location. I can imagine the hotel lot gets full since it's a small in their adjacent property and first come first serve. Room was clean, but toilet had urine on it - likely just not wiped well during a quick clean.
