Staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, they were all helpful and cheerful. Our room was larger than anticipated with kitchen facilities - wished we could have stayed longer! Good large fan a bonus. Well stocked bar, plenty of seating. Breakfast more than adequate and we were served at our table which was a nice surprise. Everywhere clean and tidy. Overall a pleasant stay in a central location.

Great
I liked the atmosphere and environment, it was nice and calm. The location is in a great place as I could easily walk to restaurants and shopping areas. The only thing I can say as a negative was the lift wasn’t working. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you.

Our stay was disappointing, not because of a single issue, but because of how everything was handled. Before arriving, we received an email offering a 'discounted' breakfast at The Coffee Club, only to find the normal price was actually £1 less, meaning we paid more. Also tried calling the hotel about 10 times before our stay to ask how to access the reserved parking we had paid for, but no one answered. I eventually used the online chat and received a reply around 18 hours later, consisting of one-word answers that still didn't explain the parking. Fortunately, I was travelling with my husband, who was able to find out where to go; I would likely have ended up paying more to use the NCP. On arrival, we were allocated a room two categories below the one we had booked and paid for, without being told. It was only after I questioned it the following day that staff admitted we had been given the wrong room. We were told the hotel was full and that we had arrived at 8pm, despite completing online check-in earlier that day. Neither excuse is acceptable. Had I not challenged it, I believe we would have remained in the lower-category room. The first room was also hot and noisy, so I barely slept. We were moved to the correct room for the second night, meaning we had to pack and move rooms. When I complained, the response was simply, 'Write a complaint - it's the manager's decision'. No apology, no ownership. Poor communication and a lack of transparency mean we will not return!

From the moment we arrived to when we checked out, all of the staff were super helpful and made you feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location to explore Manchester City centre. The lobby area and reception are all very aesthetically appealing, as are the rooms. Great decor throughout. Colourful and warm. Thank you for a great stay.
