Great
I loved my stay at this hotel! The price was definitely worth it, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and excellent service.

The space was exactly what we needed for our stay Madrid. The location is central and near several metro stations. Staff are kind and helpful. The space is clean, cozy and well organized.

Great

Solo stay

The room was a bit small—just enough for a solo traveller. The AC was working but not the quietest. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet. The selection wasn’t great and it was mostly pre-packaged food. If you’re going to Madrid Pride, the location of this hotel is perfect. It’s close to all the action, including one of the parks for the big nightly concerts.

Great location in Chueca, friendly staff, very clean. AC was a bit weak and water temperature temperamental, and all beds are single beds.
