the staff were so helpful. and it is not true that there is cockroaches inside the room. however you should consider that the room is very cheap at it's price. So don't expect that room is big. The Girl staff is very nice and speaks English good. her name is Sharie / Sherie not sure the spelling of the name. she even help us when lighten our journey. she is very recommendable. And I would love to stay on that place and go back to it. whenever I will have future plans in coming back to HK. elevator is small and you need to be very patient with it. cause again remember the place is very affordable. thank you so much for the wonderful experience Night and Day Hostel! cleanliness: ok transport access: very accessible hotel location: center of HK service: very good

Hello, weve been at there 4 nights and 4 days. The room is clean and the staff is very accomodating, wla po yung sinasabi nlng mga insects and cockroaches. My CR with hot and cold pa. When it comes to transpo nman po very accessible po sa lhat. At my jolibee na mlapit. Mlapit dn sa mga blihan if mhilig kau mag shopping. Thank you Day and Night Hostel. Hindi na po kmi nakapag picture ng room. Pero all in all yung Day and Night is RECOMMENDABLE!!!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Sherie who is very kind and approachble enough to accommodate us. Aside from that, the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home, which gave us the genuine Filipino hospitality that we truly appreciate. Special mention goes to Ate Lorrie and Ms. Sherly, whose kindness, attentiveness, and cheerful personalities made a big difference during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always ready with a smile and assistance whenever needed. The hotel itself was cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable, but it was really the service and care from the staff that stood out the most. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience. We will surely recommend Day and Night Hotel to others :)

Location wise very accessible to the MTR. Sonny and Ali are very accomodating. They prepared the rooms for us. Its clean and cozy. Safe and secure since our rooms are located with another common door. We are so lucky to booked the family rooms in which they say its the biggest rooms they offer. Rooms has enough space to store small to medium bags since beds are elevated and has a storage space unferneath. Shower heaters are working and has blowers each rooms. Has a common ref, microwave, and water dispenser too. We had a convenient stay here and below the Chungking Mansion is a Market and stores to buy anything you need.
