GoodStayed with family
The room was clean but definitely needs work! They tried to cover up the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom with a thin layer of paint, the paint was also pealing off the walls in the bathroom. The water pressure was amazing but you had to turn the shower off to wash your body due to the shower head being in a fixed position (which was annoying). Beds were not horrible but also no great. Definitely alot of street noise at all hours but its portland so cant really say much. All in all not the worst place I have ever stayed but also not the best.
When I arrived I was on the phone sitting in my car and who I'm going to assume was one of the managers came up and knocked on my window and when I rolled it down was very rude and told me o couldn't park here. I explained I was on the phone and I had a reservation was just finishing my call then would be checking in. She told me to either check in or leave the parking lot! If I could have canceled and not had to pay for the room I would not have stayed. My sister stopped by to drop off my medicine on her way threw town as I live in medford and it was not a planned trip(mom flown to OHSU) I was putting on my shoes so we could leave and staff knocked on the door telling me I had to pay for another person, I explained we were leaving and she was not staying. They told us to either pay or she needed to go! All in all not a place I would stay again for the simple fact the staff are rude!

The bathroom fan rattled throughout the night even though I did not have it turned on. I think the 2 little screws were loose.
The ceiling above the showerhead was shoing signs of rot.

Great Very courteous, helpful staff. Clean rooms. The room's A/c unit works but could use repair / replacement to reduce fan's noise and responsiveness.

This is great value for the money and near everything with, best of all, an attentive ownership unlike the human-less conveyer belt at supposedly better hotels. There is parking for a small fee unlike most downtown hotels, and it's the best of the ones that do.

Provided nice clothes hangers, small refrigerator, iron and board, good-sized tv, and microwave. Room was clean, friendly staff, hot water I had to turn down, and good price.
