Stayed with kids

Its fine but really needs renovation, was so disappointing about the gym, no machine is working 😕 😢, the staff at the restaurant especially at dinner amazing thank you Debrah for the lovely cocktails and i forgot the other lady"s name, food is really good 👌, i stayed for 5 nights with my kids

Stayed with family

The property is kinda old but it was comfortable and the front desk was very friendly . However we had a balcony and the sliding door did not lock also the chain on the main door was broken. Did not really feel secure in our room. We only stayed the night so we weren't really that worried. Sometime in the early evening our water stopped working for a bit. All in all for the price and amount of time we were there it wasn't bad.

Pague 250 dolores por una noche y Están horrible que cuando me desperté en la mañana nisiquiera tenía agua en la habitación para lavarme los dientes !!! Las sábanas olían horrible a sudor y la piscina bajo techo tenía lama verde , la comida es malísima y los tragos terribles no lo recomiendo si no quieres perder tu dinero. I paid 250 pains for one night and they are horrible that when I woke up in the morning I didn't even have water in the room to brush my teeth !!! The sheets smelled horrible of sweat and the indoor pool had green mud, the food is terrible and the brought terrible I don't recommend it if you don't want to waste your money.

Hotel from Hell Filthy, full of mold, want to take a shower or simply wash your hands good luck, either scalding hot water, no water or brown water. Our window drapes were falling off the drapery rod, hotel was using shower curtain hooks to hold it up, mattress had a huge divot down entire side you sleep on - apparently an elephant laid there and springs never recovered. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Location is beautiful such a shame. Even the staff were not surprised we left after only one night.( our plan was to be there 3 nights), they even stated "management is very aware of the deficiencies and they refuse to correct any of them.

Hotel needs a total management upgrade to run it. It has a lot of potential it but the maintenance is very poor. We lost water since 8:00am in our room and in the entire hotel. Luckily it was our check out day otherwise that would’ve been a nightmare.

No working water during our stay. Couldn’t flush toilets or shower. Room began to smell from feces unable to be flushed. We had to check-in to a different hotel.

We had no running water Saturday night into Sunday. We couldn’t shower, wash our hands, flush the toilet or brush our teeth. Luckily we had brought bottles of water in to brush and wash our hands. Staff denied that the water wasn’t working even though multiple people said their room had no water.

If you’re looking for a budget place to stay. This is the one you might want to consider, But honestly if you have kids you might want to reconsider the rooms are not well maintained. Toilets are leaking, AC works sometimes it’s a hit or miss. Overall, my experience here 7/10

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were damp, friends complained of finding mold. Water was turned off multiple times during our stay, Only able to use 1 outlet in our room, as the rest were too loose (and there weren't enough to begin with). Toilet and shower were permanently stained. Only one barely functioning elevator.
