Je suis repartie de cet hôtel avec une bonne vingtaine de petites piqûres et j'ai peur d'avoir ramené des puces dans ma valise !!!

The road to the hotel was iced an no one salted or sanded it making it impossible to get to the hotel. The light in our hallway wasn’t working. The hotel was run down, the towels were pitifully small, the shower ran out of hot water.

Not really clean, low soap and bin in toilet was full. Amoung other things...

Nice little hotel

Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. Room good size, rail provided to hang clothes but no drawers. Electric wall heater, which was confusing to operate, but luckily we had unseasonably mild weather. Small eating area/restaurant with small evening menu which we didn’t have. Breakfast typical cold continental buffet - although you could make a boiled egg and toast. The hotel caters for both couples/families as well as a few commercial van drivers when we were there. Would return there to visit our French family (but would possibly consider taking our own bath towels).

The bad, the better, the good. I had two reservations totaling three nights (calendar challenged) and at check in was told we only had two nights for each room. The third night was the important one as we have a late night event to attend. After getting another reservation through calling Hotels.com, the next day we were told we did not have to move but maybe change rooms. The second day we were told we did not have to change rooms. Rooms were a bit small, but that was in the hotel description.

Room was lovely and couldn't ask for more friendly staff

Limited tv channels only 1 channel in English. Quite dark could use more lights. Uncomfortable bed.
