Decent place. The restaurant is ok, but expensive. A very convenient place if you are taking the cruise to Urquhart Castle.

Fantastic
In their restaurant I had the best scallops of my life! We seriously considered adjusting our route home to have them again. The staff were all incredibly capable and professional while still being personable. Their efficiency and skill was understated excellence. This kind of service is expect in a large premium hotel in a big city. It was beyond kind and caring, they are truly masters at caring for guests.

Very modern and stylish room that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. Easy access to Loch Ness via underpass. Hotel and car park is very busy with coaches and visitors.

This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it.

The staff, the location and the breakfast were exceptional. Sadly, the amenities in the Annex double did not quite match up to the views and the fabulous team. The double room was impractically laid out with no where to put your toiletries bag near the sink and inaccessible sockets. Despite it being warm and stuffy we felt we couldn’t open the window overnight as it was easy access point. Still given 4 stars for the team, the location and the delicious breakfast
