we are very satisfied, everyday they clean our room and change our towels. all staffs are very professional. location is also great, there’s a night market just in from the hotel. cleanliness: great! service:great! hotel location: near Longshan temple, very accessible!

Location was a few minutes walk from the nearest mrt station. However there was a local night market just below the hotel, which was convenient for getting food. The room was spacious but some parts were old and there was tape to fix things in place. some corners of the room, especially at the kettle area, was dusty. It's a good hotel if you're just looking for something reasonably priced to stay in. Contrary to some Google reviews, the hotel staff was friendly in our interactions.

Accommodation is very accessible to MRT, with night market around it. Staff are very accommodating specially CRIS (night shift) he is so helpful and even offer assistance when he knew I lost my passport. He makes us feel safe and assured that everything will be OK. Room is clean. they always make turn down daily. I recommend this hotel 5 star.

Staff were kind! I left my purse at thenlounge area and they were able to return. The only problem we had was the toilet. It only has tissue hehe we had to go across the room and head to the shower to wash. Other than that everythingnis okay. Our room was big.
