Great My only issue was the A/C in the room. It worked but barely worked.

Below averageStayed with friends
Zihran was the only major upside to the stay. Very helpful and friendly and accommodating.
However, pillows were practically empty, the bathtub drain didn’t work which led to us using a separate room to shower, and manager lady wouldn’t let my roommate back in the room when his flight was cancelled.

GoodStayed with kids
Hotel rooms were run down and light plate switches and toilet paper holder attached crookedly. Toilet paper kept sliding off the holder. Pool area looked much nicer online. A bit shabby for a hotel with the Hilton name. Also the area was a bit sketchy and rundown.
It was fine for a one night stay but definitely don’t recommend for longer.

GoodStayed with partner
Overall, the hotel was good and the room was clean and comfortable. My only issue with the room was the shower, it was extremely small. If you’re over 5 feet tall or not very slim, you’ll probably find it cramped and uncomfortable.
If you get a room facing the street, be prepared for a lot of noise. I was woken up numerous times throughout the night by traffic and other street noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
The main reason I only gave the hotel 3 stars was because of the TGI Fridays restaurant located inside the hotel. The restaurant was dirty, appeared to be severely understaffed with only one waitress working, and the food was disappointing. That said, the waitress herself was friendly, attentive, and clearly doing everything she could under difficult circumstances. My criticism is directed at the restaurant’s management and overall operation, not at her. She was obviously overworked and deserved much better support.
