On November 3rd, I stayed at the Upper House. This was my second visit, which came a year after my last stay, and just like the previous experience, it was exceptionally pleasant. The room was very comfortable and immaculate, providing a truly comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the thoughtful and memorable service they provided to guests. Despite the one-year gap between my visits, Anson, one of the front desk colleagues, remembered me and even proactively upgraded my room to a sea-view room. Additionally, upon my return from an outing, they pleasantly surprised me with a plate of delicious Madeleine. This warm and unforgettable gesture made me feel truly appreciated. The hotel staff's attitude is not merely a mechanical approach to their job; it genuinely prioritizes the guests' experience. I am confident that I will stay at the Upper House again in the future. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard. Whether it's breakfast, afternoon tea, or dinner, the food is delicious and of top quality. I highly recommend the Upper House.

Booked the Studio 70 for marriage proposal, and got upgraded to Studio 80 by surprised! Customer Experience Executive Stephanie has been very helpful, and services were great. Room was clean and homy except the mattress was too soft. Overall great experience!

The staffs service are exceptionally good, she even took us up and offered to do a room tour. We think ‘the upper house’ makes us really feel like a cozy home, we enjoyed it so much! This is a special occasion celebrating my bf’s birthday, thank you for hanging up the happy birthday decoration!
