staff are accommodating, easy access to popular attractions (i.e., burnham park) and transportation via jeepneys. room is decent, with hot and cold water, ac was cold as well.

what we liked: the room is relatively quiet despite being situated along main roads, it is relatively near tourist spots, staff are accommodating, it’s near 711, and the longganisa is a must try; you should also try having breakfast served in bed - it’s free. what we didn’t like: hair blower is one of the most basic room equipment - it should be provided to all rooms. front desk told me that blower availability is on a first come, first served service. also, dialing zero sometimes wouldn’t work. frontdesk won’t answer. we arrived in the afternoon and as soon as we got to the room, i tried calling frontdesk via phone, no one picked up. i went down again so i can speak with the attendant.

The staff are super nice and accomodating. Love the food! It's a bit far from Burnham Park tho. U will always hail a cab if you're a bit lazy to walk.

The hotel staff are very friendly, efficient including their parking attendant.Our stay was very convenient & the hotel room is very clean,the hot/cold water is functioning & smells good.The food tastes good as well.Overall the hotel is well maintained & we are going to stay there again if ever we go back to Baguio.
