Below average

Solo stay

The worst bed I've ever slept on. The mattresses are so old that they put a thick down topper on top to try to make it more comfortable. The result was lumpy and the mattress still had a significant dip in the middle of the bed. The pillow was a pancake. The duvet was lumpy. The bathroom smelled awful and it looked like they just added new caulking over mold spots.

I have to say, the bed is one of the comfiest bed I had ever slept on at a hotel. 12 out of 10!!!!! Location is very convenient, metro and buses right outside of hotel, there are restaurants nearby and super short walk to New York cafe. However I was given an accessible room upon arrival, although I did not specifically request it. It was okay but because it was accessible the water gets all over the bathroom when showering and had to walk in puddles of water for a while after showering, but I only stayed for 1 night so that's fine.

Loved the location since it’s infront of tram and bus station. Not too far from tourist attractions. Metro station is nearby. Breakfast is good with various hot and cold food options served. Room space is small and the water in the shower comes out and the floor gets wet bec the door is only half closed.

Easy check in. Clean room. Relaxing. Outside area is busy & a bit worn down. Good centralized location...But the hotel is an oasis of cleanliness. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, clean facilities and an amazing breakfast buffet made our stay a delight. The staff couldn't do enough for us they were so courteous and helpful. It was a very good stay and we would not hesitate to stay again. Couldn't fault the place.
