Fantastic The breakfast options could be better, but apart from this, this is a spectacular hotel!

Lovely huge room, beautiful hotel, excellent location. They don’t have an elevator but they had a wonderful staff member Andrew who helped carry our bags to the room and was the only truly helpful staff member there. I say this because they forgot a birthday surprise that I scheduled weeks in advance and have in writing, they charged me a late checkout fee without telling me that there was a fee when I called to request late checkout, and when checking out they didn't offer to provide me a receipt or email so I was surprised to find out about the late fee.

Good Arrived very late for a one night stay... a little taken aback by the lack of elevators. But the desk attendant did offer to help with our bags had we needed assistance.
The HVAC unit located within a closet in our room made a clanking noise all night.
The Wi-Fi was working upon arriving that evening, but no such luck the next morning when I needed it for work.
Upon checkout I had to fork over the $50 (2 people) amenity fee. I understand this has become standard practice with many hotels, but I'm not sure what amenities I was afforded.
The credit at the bar couldn't be used (closes at 10pm), the Wi-Fi was relatively useless, the complimentary cookies were only served in the evening, and I definitely wasn't given a "Custom souvenir map of Seattle". I guess I can chalk that up to the "Amenity inclusions are subject to change" addendum.
Definitely NOT worth the roughly $500/night (not including the $50 non-amenities).
I recommend you look for a more established hotel at that price point.

FantasticStayed with family
If I were to come back to Seattle, I would definitely consider staying here again! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. The room was spacious and quaint. It was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to big attractions easily. We used the valet parking and it was very easy.

The room was clean, large, and beautifully decorated. The staff was so nice. There is no elevator, so the doorman will take your luggage to your room if you need them to. I love the history of the building, and the location was in the heart of Queen Ann. Highly recommend.

GreatStayed with family · For friends and family
The staff greeted us promptly as we arrived, and our room was fine. Unfortunately, the cook for the attached restaurant was sick, so no cookies at the front desk or opportunity to use the $25 off coupon for food in the bar/restaurant. The room itself was comfortable with soft beds. We left early in the morning for our flight, and the security at the front lobby was very friendly and helpful.

FantasticStayed with kids
Had a long weekend stay 2 months back and the hotel is still on my mind, it was exceptionally clean and the staff was over the top with courtesy and helpfulness. The room felt like it was remodeled just for our visit, this is a century-old building with accommodations that are more comfortable than some of the places I've called home. The bed was a knockout, I didn't even know where I was the first morning I woke up. The price was unbeatable, we walked pretty much everywhere around Seattle Center without any worries about safety, and finally there is no elevator so I got plenty stretching and exercise going up and down the stairs. Family of 4 with 2 little girls, the place felt incredibly safe, quiet, and friendly. I don't know what else I would want in a stay.
