Stayed with family

We were delighted with the hotel for its great location. Not the prettiest part of Amsterdam, but super convenient. Just a couple of steps away from the train station, and tour pickup area. Everything was a walk away. The hotel had good breakfast and a couple of places for dinner options. The rooms were modern and spacious, the bathrooms could have been a bit bigger but they were a good size. The rooms we stayed at were very quiet, no noise at all. We did find that a couple of items in the room needed maintenance and some space lacked cleaning. Overall pleased and would recommend for people staying for first time in Amsterdam.

This hotel was a great choice, right outside the train station made it very easy to get around. Very central location in the city for everything you would like to see. My only complaint was the lift in the hotel to access any rooms above level 1, often took 10 minutes to arrive. All in all, great hospitality and place to stay!

Nice hotel, literally in the center of it all (think of Times Square busy) it can be a bit much. Cars also can only drop you off at the corner so be prepared to carry your luggage through those crowds for a block. The hotel was very nice, however I didn’t feel as safe there. Reason being is that because it’s so central anyone can walk in. I went to the bathroom in the lobby and found a man looking in the stall while his wife used the restroom, I asked him to leave and he said “his wife felt sick”. I didn’t feel comfortable so I waited outside and told a front desk member. The front desk team member asked went to the bathroom and spoke to them and turns out they weren’t event guests at the hotel they just needed a bathroom. Why are we allowing anyone who walks in a bathroom key??? With everything going on in Europe right now, guests should feel safe especially since this hotel is a bit pricey.
