A very nice two night stay. The coffee machine was broken one morning and the elevator out of service for a few hrs but both issues were resolved. The ‘free spirits’ with the Expedia gold status was a free aperol spritz with the purchase of a meal at the restaurant but no big deal and overall the stay was good with clean comfortable room, nice air conditioning and quiet hotel convenient to the train station and old town.

Unfortunately i don't really have good things to say. i purchased a double room but when i arrived at the after hours check in, the online check in system didn't have a room for me and after calling the support team i was informed there were no double rooms available and there was nothing more they can do and offered me a single room instead for 2 of us, luckily it was only for the night but a a little disappointed since the hotel had great reviews overall.

Love this hotel. Clean room and amazing location. It’s 5 mins walk to main station. It’s walkable to go to old town. It took around 20mins but lots of things to see so didn’t feel that long. Staffs were nice and grocery stores/drug stores are located less than 10 mins walk. I’ll def stay again when I come back to Munich.

I was amazed by the staff, especially the italian lady from Rome at the counter, which I forgot her name, but she’s very helpful. The room also spacious and very clean, Would definitely stay in this hotel for my next visit.
