We had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Cebu! The customer service was excellent—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety, truly worth coming back for. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Cebu!

We are amazed of how beautiful the hotel was. All the staff were accommodating and nice. One thing that bothers my hubby was the barking of the dog in the middle of the night. In totality, it was nice to visit such place.

The staff are fully trained and are very accommodating to all my needs when I stayed at the hotel. Obviously, they are not well versed in tagalog, but they can communicate well in english so I didn't really have any problems with the staff. The resort needs a major upkeep and upgrade. i had to transfer rooms due to the noise that is coming I think from the boiler so even with the noise machine, I still wake up. The room that I transferred to on the other hand had drainage problems in the shower area. The beach area is also quite small and shallow for most times.
