The room was very disappointing, the sheets were clean but the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and the toilet seat was still dirty. The property itself was in disrepair and needed a full facelift. The main issue was how we were told the room was not longer available due to overbooking (Metallica concert) and then being emailed to say we had got a room followed by a phone call to say we hadn’t. We turned up not knowing whether we had or not (there were multiple other customers there doing the same thing) but we got told we had one of the staff’s rooms instead of our original booking. Not sure if this contributed to the poor cleanliness but either way we would not recommend. Only good point was the location to the stadium.

Exact location of hotel was not provided even after calling. Didn’t mange to stay at the hotel and still awaiting refund. Suggest do not deal with these.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay so you can go out with your mates and get hammered in the city then yes it's sufficient as you only need a bed and bathroom(so we did) If you are not doing that then I wouldn't even go near the place it's over priced, dirty, poorly maintained and extremely basic(I can understand it being basic if the price reflected that) The room was dirty, mouldy, run down, poorly equipped(had one plug socket in the entire room), the toilet didn't work, the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, it was extremely hot with lack of proper ventilation/air movement, the mattress were worn out and dipping in the middle, parking closed to the hotel is a waste as it's all residential permits A few positive points I like the check in idea of being given a code and room number on the day(saves me having to converse meaninglessness), it's close to the stadium if you are looking for that and it's an easy walk to the city centre

Place needed modernisation. Double bed was two singles pushed together which were different sizes. Staff great but place needs an upgrade

Solo stay

It was adequate for somewhere to crash after a night out. But it was a bit low rent….. The walk from the city centre is past a load of kebab shops and other cheap places. No sign of any staff at the hotel, pin code for the front door and room access. Wiring for the TV in the room was just dangling down the wall, no attempt at neatness in some ducting. Bathroom door looked like it was painted by a 4 year old. Sign in the bathroom saying to leave towels on the rail if you wanted to use them again - no towel rail. Sunday morning there was a pile of litter in the doorway - I had to pick my way over discarded kebabs and fish and chips to get out. On the plus side it was a spacious room with air-con (not all rooms have this), and plenty of storage space.
