Overall great experience! Location - walking distance to TST station, very convenient. It's easy to spot, just follow the google maps. may carenderia/sari-sari store before elev. near 711, cafe de coral, mcdo, jollibee, bestmart 360, LF mall. Staff - the man in the informatin area was Indian but the housekeeping staff are Pinays - kababayan! Cleanliness - the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Atmosphere - the rooms are within an apartment complex. you'll enter one room with 3 rooms inside. shower, heater, sink are working fine. Hair dryer is also provided. you can hear noises from time to time but it didn't get to a point that it is already annoying. we had good rest & sleep for 3 nights. You get what you pay for. I would recommend it for couples and friends but not family esp with children and senior. Your movements are limited since it has tiny space. The space is only dedicated for your luggage.

The place is really accessible to everything you’ll need - shops, transportations and picture-worthy spots. The ambiance is good but you need to manage your expectations given the price. But we do love our stay since we are mostly out of the hotel and explored alot.

near location but the building itself is not that presentable but the room itself is clean though small but they are cleaning it everyday. near TST area, shopping centers and avenue of the stars are walking distance

Your place is so comfortable and nice, you both are nice too. we will back soon in HK and will choose to stay again your place! Where here now in the Philippines! maraming salamat! for those who will travel in HK choose HongKong Premium Guest House, very accommodating, and they let us in as early as 8:30am knowing the check in time is 1pm. and they ask for early check in charge! I like Mirador Mansion better than Chungking. Less smell and less chaos in comes to the elevator, you dont have to wait for too long. Premium guesthouse was okay, typical matchbox room in HK but serves its purpose.
