It’s a good space but it could use an update. Breakfast was very nice though with lots of space to sit down and enjoy their big spread.

Manager was very empathetic and apologetic regarding our noise complaints and refunded the overnight parking fee. That was greatly appreciated, as we got very little sleep. Otherwise the room was great. Thank you

really nice property - not "close" to downtown Boston but we knew that before going - about 30min, give or take, so not bad either. would stay again.

The breakfast buffet was just so so, but they made to order omelettes were fantastic. I just wish they had a hot tub!

The hotel was very dated, well maintained.Probably built thirty five years ago. I would have liked to have used the pool, but it was crowded with noisy children. Just to say , there were no towels available in the pool area because no one on staff was maintaining the pool area to replenish the towels. Mainly ,I'm unhappy because there was an odor in the room that smelt like sewer or a dirty diaper as soon as you walked into the suite, it hit you in the face. When I called down to the front desk , I politely explained to the woman on duty where she proceeded to hang the phone up on me and no one ever came up to inspect. As soon as we checked into the lobby to our room a gentleman by the name of Greg greeted us with an I -pad and at first it seemed that he was trying to make sure we would be happy and satisfied , but then proceeded to try to sell us for fifteen minutes on a timeshare through Hilton hotels. He was a very pleasant gentleman.And we wanted to be polite but we certainly were not interested in purchasing a timeshare in Hawaii and he wanted a deposit! One last thing is they charge fifteen dollars per night for parking. I would carefully consider what our experience was here , so if you do stay there , make sure these things just don't happen to you.

After staying in this hotel for over 20 years I probably will not return due to the poor upkeep of the property. The only things that were good was the continuation of the made to order eggs and the breakfast in general and the attempts by the staff to address my concerns. Although the new management says they will upgrade the property I did not see any evidence of work beginning in that direction. I don’t understand them saying it is new management since last year when I stayed there it was also a Hilton property!
