Great service and the staff very friendly, helpful and professional.

I’ve always loved to stay at embassy suites ,but I really think they need to work on the building maintenance, we had a leak in our he middle of the room from the AC unit and a strong moldy smell. The couch was stained and dirty, we had to put a kiss blanket over it to set down. The staff were great , breakfast the best .

Just make sure the room is ready by 4pm(check in time) we have to wait after check in for the room assignment. Be on time.

Room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and it came with breakfast and cocktail hour.

The staff were kind and attentive. Only issues we had were were no towels in the pool area as it appeared they ran out and not refilled and 1 elevator was out of order which made the full capacity hotel a bit long to get up and down for everyone. Other than that is was great!

Honestly it’s a beautiful hotel, but once you start moving around you start to notice the wear and tear. First, one of the four elevators was down and the other 2 that we used didn’t feel too comfortably safe either. Guests did not care about the “6 or fewer guests” sign. The bar/restaurant area gets crowded and isn’t promptly cleaned during the reception times from 5:30-7:00pm and the bar is expensive and not worth it with low quality drinks. However the breakfast is fabulous with plenty of variety! The ready to order omelet bar is exceptional and that’s where they hide the bacon! The breakfast cleaning crew is also very friendly and is constantly walking around cleaning up tables or helping guests! I give them 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! My family loved using the pool and spa area! The pool is big and deep enough for plenty of guests to enjoy and towels were topped off regularly.

I was disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites in Arcadia. The staff was polite, but we had to ask for everything, rather than having basic amenities provided proactively. It made the stay less comfortable and more inconvenient than expected. I expected better service from this hotel. I hope the management improves the guest experience by ensuring essential items are available without guests having to request them. The breakfast was not good at all.

In the room there were cockroaches and bedbugs on the bed, I requested the cancellation and they told me to contact Expedia, I contacted Expedia and they didn't help me at all, they changed my room and it was the same there were cockroaches, unpleasant stay, the help was only the cost of the Parking $16 ridiculous, to begin with for the hotel to attend me in the lobby, I waited two hours, then the cockroach thing happened, it was midnight and he didn't help me, exhausting and frustrating happened and no one could help me cancel my reservation, I ask you, would you have slept normally? , knowing that there are cockroaches and bedbugs in bed, I sent photos and video to the hotel I told them to come and check, no one showed up. In the hotel room, unpleasant

Hotel is beautiful and clean. I had a great birthday trip. I received a $20 market and $30 restaurant & bar vouchers. Staff was very accommodating but the a staff member at the restaurant sort of disappeared for 10-15 minutes when I wanted to pay so I just grab the receipt from the host desk … Otherwise great place I would definitely return!
