1. Room score is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Her must haves (long sofa and carpet) were all checked. I like the cohesive muted colors, plush beddings, bigger sized room footprint compared to other hotels of same category. Plus was Netflix and other subscription app ready TV. 2. Romancon Restaurant's breakfast was plated with a limited 5 options to choose from since our stay was on a lean day so understandable. Tapa was a good choice. Normally high volume days meant buffer breakfast. 3. Roofdeck small pool offers fantastic views of the city skyline. Nice to just sit, have a drink and enjoy the views. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Roofdeck is a big asset considering the pool and view but 80% of the plants are browning or dead. This is easy fix that will result to big gains in customer experience satisfaction.

the hotel is good & comfortable. just a bit dissappointed as i expect there’s a BathTub as mentioned in room facilities but its just a shower. food is okay plated breakfast i requested for a pancake instead of egg coz its forbidden to eat for me now for my herbal meds & they granted my request. they dont have a fruit juice as complimentary drink in breakfast so i requested for milk. we just love the room its till new & fascinating. service: good service cleanliness: good the room is clean transport access: LRT vito Cruz then ride a jeep going to PACO or ride a pedicab/tricycle ₱50. we did not take photos.

the best! so comfortable to stay

it's my 2nd time and everything u need is in there. they have flat iron they even have sewing kit. how thoughtful! in room meal was so delicious and just few walks away from Benilde, P. Ocampo where I attended my graduation. there's tricicle as well if I hate walking. Breakfast is just right, it has options, from bread,rice, eggs, tocino and beans. theres cereals, salad, lugaw and fruits. the bed is comfy, i love that they have 4 pillows. they have robes, lots of towels, hair dryer, miniref,even weighing scale, kettle and complimentary water bottle, coffee, cream, sugar and tea.

I had a great stay in this hotel. It’s near DLSU. But I would like to suggest to have more meal options for breakfast.
